Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

  • You would not pay for college, invest years in education to turn around and ask for a refund.
  • Knowelege is not a physical product, it cannot be returned so by asking for a refund would be exchanging the product for the investment – but there is nothing you can return which means we are at a loss.
  • We are open to part-refunds depending on the reasoning behind your refund, however, if you do any of the following before reaching out to us personally you will be instantly blacklisted from any other purchases of our products AND will be denied any form of refund:
    • If you issue a charge back with the payment provider
    • If you make false claims
    • If you leak our content (including sharing login access and offering discounted access)


If found do anything inside the list above will result in instant blacklist from all products AND rejection of any form of payment.
